Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to browse, personalize, and order our products — whatever their abilities and whatever technology they use to get here. Accessibility is something we work on continuously, not a box we tick once.

What we are doing

We review this store on an ongoing basis and fix accessibility problems as we find them. Our current work focuses on:

  • Clear labels on images, buttons, and form fields so screen readers can announce them
  • Keeping the store usable with a keyboard alone, without a mouse
  • Readable text, sufficient color contrast, and sensible heading structure
  • Making our product personalization tools work with assistive technology

Our store changes often — new products, new personalization options, seasonal designs — so we treat accessibility as continuous maintenance rather than a finished project.

Third-party tools

Some parts of this store are provided by outside services, including our product design tools, customer reviews, and checkout. We choose our partners with care and pass accessibility problems on to them, but we do not control their code directly. If you hit a barrier in one of these areas, please still tell us — we will follow up with the provider and help you another way in the meantime.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this website is difficult to use, or something does not work with your assistive technology, we want to hear about it. Your reports are the most reliable way we find out what needs fixing.

Email us at info@famwalls.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line.

To help us reproduce and fix the problem quickly, please include:

  • The page or product where it happened
  • What you were trying to do
  • Your browser, device, and any assistive technology you were using

We read every message and aim to reply within five business days. If something is stopping you from completing an order, say so — we will help you place it another way.

You can also reach us through our contact page.

Your feedback shapes our priorities

We take these reports seriously and use them to decide what to fix first. If you tell us something is broken, it goes onto our list — and the barriers that block real customers get fixed before the ones that only show up in an audit.
